Myanmar Cyclone Relief T-shirt

Taking the basic elements that make up a t-shirt: Cotton & Ink to make a powerful difference in the lives of the victims of Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar. 100% of the proceeds of the t-shirt sales funded IDE's efforts to provide cyclone victims with immediate needs necessary for their survival. Continuing in the JUMP! project spirit of promoting exercise to students, we partnered with a local school in East Palo Alto to incentivize students to get their legs going. Through a pre-existing mile-run program, we were fortunate to contribute to students' participation and excitement about physical education.

For every mile a student ran, they earned a raffle ticket. Every extra lap, they earned another. And every time they beat their personal best, they earned yet another. At the end of RUN!, we raffled off the grand prize of an iPod shuffle. Top runners of each gender and grade also earned a BRUTE LABS Top Runner t-shirt. Learn more.
