After getting a chance to understand some of the challenges that artists face, we have launched a website, www.mchopa.com to help Mchopa share his art with the world. Taking the basic elements that make up a t-shirt: Cotton & Ink to make a powerful difference in the lives of the victims of Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar. 100% of the proceeds of the t-shirt sales will go to fund IDE's efforts to provide cyclone victims with immediate needs necessary for their survival.

Continuing in the JUMP! project spirit of promoting exercise to students, we partnered with a local school in East Palo Alto to incentivize students to get their legs going. Through a pre-existing mile-run program, we were fortunate to contribute to students' participation and excitement about physical education.

of Silicon Valley's future entrepreneurs. We began with a case study.
We recounted the early steps that Google took as it grew from an idea,
to a small company and eventually a multi-national corporation.

Jumping rope is a great form of exercise and play, both of which children need more of. With this project, we hope to remind not just kids, but also parents of the small steps they can take to get and stay healthy. With the recent release of the Disney movie, "Jump In", we hope to add to the returning popularity of jumprope as a favored form of play. Together we can get kids stronger, faster, and smarter.

The lack of safe drinking water remains one of the most pressing and debilitating problems facing the developing world. Without a basic foundation of safe drinking water and sanitation, the work to improve health care, eradicate extreme poverty and hunger, increase access to education, and address nearly every other non-violent humanitarian crisis facing the developing world, all remain nearly impossible. We at BRUTE LABS believe that through our simple efforts and the resources we have access to, we can make a profound difference in this matter, be it even for a single village or a small group of children. In response to this belief, we have partnered with Pioneers-Africa, an organization stationed in Ghana, to implement a well drilling project in a remote village in the country. A bit of human contact speaks loudly when mass media and slogans have made us drunk with images and sounds. “We can actually change things,” she said whilst I was sipping my Starbucks coffee, “if we could just each take small actions that contributed to a movement.”
